Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide all day-to-day administrative support related to the Project Management office environment,
this will include items such as database management and updating, timesheet data and queries,
travel arrangements, logistics for the team, etc.
- Responsible for Financial Alignment between Project schedules (e.g. EPM) and the Financial System
(i.e. SAP).
- Create and maintain all project portals and folders
- Compile and update the active project list every week for the relevant stakeholders
- Collate, print, and bind (where requested) project-related documentation and refresh reports on
regular intervals
- Prepare resource utilization reports every week
- Processing of Purchase requisitions against projects, and obtaining Purchase Orders for External
Services (i.e. 3rd parties).
- Assist with logging Invoicing requests for all project billing signoffs
- Assist with queries and cost monitoring by reconciling 3rd Party invoices against purchase orders
- Assist with the allocation of project resources to project schedules
- Ensure that closure checklists are maintained for projects that are requested to be closed and archived

- MS Office, Word, Excel Specialist Skills, PowerPoint, MS Project knowledge is required
- Problem solving skills are essential

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Relevant project management certifications or equivalent related work experience
- Financial/Accounting Certification advantageous Required Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of Mid-level administration experience
- Previous project administration experience advantageous
- Uses skills and policies to complete work
- Work is semi-routine
- Occasionally deviates from routine
- Can complete own routine work
- Gets instructions on new work only
- Typically requires a moderate level of related experience
