POSITION SUMMARY

As a Marketing Intern, you will provide support to Confectionery marketing team across various activities, specifically focusing on market audits, score cards and Innovation. You will gain exposure to the world of confectionery industry marketing and learn about new marketing strategies and techniques.


A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Score Cards and Metrics:

  • Analyze score cards and KPIs for the business to understand Nestle share position, gain and loss analysis.
  • Develop and populate Key score cards for tracking the business from Nielsen and Kantar.


Packaging Development:

  • Be the link between the marketing team and the production team to manage the packaging development.
  • Manage the requirements of packaging on the system.

Exposure to different areas of the business:

  • Tool kit development with the agencies.
  • Communication and Innovation strategy.
  • E-commerce strategy and be involved in specific projects.
  • Media and Influencers Campaigns.


Internal collaboration:

  • You will play a crucial role in supporting our internal collaboration across different teams and countries.


What will make you successful…

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to changes as required.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive with a desire to learn about marketing in the confectionery industry.
