Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba welcomes applications for the position of Learning Assistants (Arabic Speaking) to join their celebrated organisation.
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, setting high expectations for pupils within a bespoke classroom. They will produce a language rich and exciting environment for pupils to make progress with a high focus on communication and interaction skills, social skills and emotional regulation.

Requirements:
- Should be able to communicate in Arabic
- Holds a minimum of high school qualification
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the education field
- Must have experience of working in EYFS, Primary and Secondary
- Ability to support the delivery of an adapted curriculum to meet the needs of the children
- Ability to deliver creative learning activities
- Ability to support creative learning environments
- Ability to support the implementation of Education Plans
- A clear personal philosophy of education
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret the root causes of a range of challenging behaviours and to support the implementation of effective behaviour management strategies
- An excellent understanding of how to teach the acquisition of early phonics and mathematical skills
- Must be sponsored by family/spouse or hold a golden visa for the position.
