Job Summary
The Rider Engagement Coordinator is pivotal in fostering meaningful interactions with delivery riders. Tasked with strategizing, organizing, and assessing engagement campaigns and activities, they also assist the team with rider-centric activities and serve as the primary liaison for all Rider Engagement matters.

- Develop and execute communication campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, collect data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Design and lead rider engagement initiatives, emphasizing our value proposition, ensuring we remain the top choice for riders in the market.
- Own the rider support channels, including Offline Support and NPS. Develop SOPs to address rider inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Organize and facilitate recurring Rider Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather in-depth insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with Regional and Central teams to implement rider engagement strategies, exchange insights, and jointly drive initiatives.
- Maintain and update local comms calendars and engagement calendars.
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, communications, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience is required.
- Proficiency in using Tweety or similar Communication management software.
- Demonstrated Experience in organizing and executing engagement activities/events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu) to craft compelling messages and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working with diverse teams is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of regional dynamics and cultural nuances.
