Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality control procedures to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper records in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Retrieve and extract information from various sources, documents, and files as needed.
  • Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs based on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues, discrepancies, and inquiries.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data and information.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of relevant software applications.
  • Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with the ability to input data quickly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, database management systems, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
