Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality control procedures to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Retrieve and extract information from various sources, documents, and files as needed.
- Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs based on data analysis and interpretation.
- Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues, discrepancies, and inquiries.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data and information.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of relevant software applications.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with the ability to input data quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with data entry software, database management systems, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
