Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from various sources into our databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and correct data errors or discrepancies as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Update and maintain database records, including customer information, product details, and financial transactions.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in the data.
  • Assist with data clean-up and data migration projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for data retrieval or clarification from other team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and data management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
