Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into our databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data errors or discrepancies as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain database records, including customer information, product details, and financial transactions.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in the data.
- Assist with data clean-up and data migration projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for data retrieval or clarification from other team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and data management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
