Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and suggest menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure their satisfaction with each course.
- Check in with guests periodically to anticipate needs and address any concerns.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
